Foodbank

Compassion North Foodbank (Wallan)

The Foodbank operates out of the Wallan Gateway Church (7 Commercial Drive, Wallan) each Thursday from 10:30am to 1:00pm during the Victorian school term. (Note: the Foodbank is closed during school holidays).

We stock a range of fresh food and pantry items such as fruit and vegetables, bread, milk, cereals, canned and bottled goods, some baby goods and some health and hygiene goods (please note: the stock items may change from time to time). These items are sourced from the food industry’s surplus food through Foodbank Victoria and other agencies. This food is available at no cost to those in our local community who need assistance.

Conditions: To be eligible for assistance from the Foodbank you will need to hold a current Centrelink Healthcare Card or Pension Card.

Please call or text 0491 075 404 for further information and to make an initial appointment.
