Do you want to get involved at Wallan Gateway Church? Our aim is to have everyone connect with and experience God in ALL His Glory. And we all do this in our own special way! Here at WGC, we encourage everyone to use the Spiritual Gifts that God has given us. Here are some ways that you are become involved:
Prayer Chain
Have a burning desire to pray? Need someone to pray for you? We have a whole team waiting — get in touch with Dawn.
Pastoral Care
Are people your thing? Part of Pastoral Care at WGC is providing meals for families during difficult times. More information on food safety can be found on the partners page. Contact Jenny if you’d like to get involved in pastoral care.
Growth Groups
Small groups were the essence of the early church and here at WGC, more than 80% of the church are in a growth group. Talk to Andrew to get into one this week.
Music/Worship
We’ve got a great worship team at WGC. If you have a musical ability and want to get involved, Kathy would love to hear from you.
Women’s events
We love to get together once in a while, have a coffee and share what God is doing in our lives. If you would like to get involved, or want to know when our next event is, contact Kathy.
Men’s events
If you have some good ideas for ‘manly’ bonding activities, Andrew E would love to have a chat with you!
Youth
Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders. Get involved with our growing youth group program to mentor, guide, and generally have fun with a great group of youth. Please contact us to find out how to get involved.
Kids Church – BLAST
Feel like teaching? Tony and Regi are always on the lookout for more leaders and helpers. This program runs most weeks during church.
Kids Church – FAST
Do you love interacting with kids in kinder, prep or Grade 1? Suzie would love to talk to you! This program runs most weeks during church.
Kids Church- JAM
Is interacting with young children one of your passions? Anneke would love to hear from you! This program also runs most weeks during church.
